HartStream™ Video Optimisation is an exclusive video processing technology offering exceptionally enhanced streamed video clarity for transmission over the Internet at very low bandwidths. HartStream is the result of four years in-house research and development by Computer TeleVision.
HartStream™ Video Optimisation enables very clear digital video to be created for delivery at under 12 kilobits per second flow with a constant frame rate. This very efficient bandwidth allows more space or 'headroom' over ordinary copper telephone wire for delivery of another layer of voice and/or data transmission. This allows us to stream Video, Audio and Data on 28.8kps modems simultaneously without placing excessive demands on the server or the client computers.
No special software or hardware is required to playback HartStream optimised video on receiving (client) or to be delivered by transmitting (server) computers.
