Netscape users: Our apologies, however, this is a specialised multimedia site and you will get the best results on this site with Internet Explorer 5.x. This site may work on Netscape 4.5 or higher with the right plug-in software components (all free from Microsoft). If Netscape has all the necessary plug-ins it should Auto Start once you open an online seminar page. If after about 10 seconds you see a symbol of a jigsaw puzzle in a box, it usually indicates that Netscape requires an additional plug-in component to play the video. Click on the symbol and it will take you to the free plug-in download site. See our help page for more details.

TIP: IE works better if you turn your security options down to medium. IE 5.x is very good for faster web connections, streaming playback and much more. It is our recommended browser platform for streaming media.

We offer free support on the our help page if you are having problems viewing our site.
